What we store

If you create an account, we store your email address, the scripts you save, their settings, and the recordings you create. Your scripts and recordings are private to your account — no other user can see them.

If you use the AI writer without an account, we don't store your script. To apply the daily free limit we keep an anonymous, one-way scrambled version of your network address and a daily count.

Your words are sent to our AI providers only to write your script or create your voice. We never use your personal scripts for marketing or to train models without your explicit consent.

Deleting your data

Delete any script from My Library. From your Account page you can delete all scripts at once, or delete your account entirely — this permanently removes your scripts and recordings.

Listening safely

Innerscript is a self-guided relaxation, visualisation and personal development tool. It is not a replacement for professional mental health or medical care, and it can't guarantee wealth, success, health or any particular outcome.

Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
